We'll always take it back
If you're not 100% satisfied with anything you purchase, please return it to us for an exchange or a 100% refund. You may have over-ordered for a party, or given or received a gift that just isn’t right. If a wine’s defective we’re glad to replace it with another bottle or refund your money. Your choice.
No re-stocking fee: 100% refund
We won’t charge you a re-stocking fee. And we won’t ask you any embarrassing questions. We want every trip you make to Schaefer’s to be as enjoyable as possible, even when you have something to bring back. We want to make it easy on you. Hassle-free.
The only exceptions
If a wine has been chilled and the label is damaged, or if the cork has been pulled or the foil’s gone we can’t take it back. Beer and soft drinks are returnable in six-packs or twelve-packs. Also, fresh and frozen foods are non-returnable.
